It’s been a while since we last updated you on what’s happening around the farm. And it’s not because there’s been nothing going on. Quite the opposite. Unfortunately, with the main focus being the grain during the spring and autumn, and whisky in the summer and winter, we don’t always have the time to let you know what’s happening. Sorry!
Our current focus is the newest Winter batch. As you can see from the picture below, the casks are being dipped and samples drawn for the Winter 2011 bottling. And before you ask, the Summer 2011 is currently going through the final stages before release. There really is no rest for the wicked. The Summer 2011 isn’t even out yet and we’re already working on the next one!
Beyond that, we’ve had a number of releases since the last update. The Whisky Exchange bottling was taken from the 2010 stock, and we’ve also had our second 15 year old release for 2007 at Fife Strength.
2023 was certainly a busy year, and no doubt 2024 will be the same. Especially with the Fife Whisky Festival just around the corner…
